Doughboyz started with a simple obsession: a perfect crust, a serious char, and toppings stacked like we mean it. No corporate playbook — just real pizza, made by hand on Kansas Ave.

We're proud to be a downtown Topeka original — the spot where regulars, first-dates, and the after-show crowd all end up at the same table. We built a menu for people who love to eat, threw open the doors to local music, and went and won the city's wing crown three years straight.
